WHY ONE SCOOP

Stop buying three tubs.

Most routines are a pre-workout, a hydration packet, and a creatine scoop, taken at different times from different jars. People don't quit because it stops working. They quit because it's a chore.

3-IN-1 is one bag and one scoop. Everything you'd actually take, dosed properly, nothing you wouldn't.

Single bag — $25 · Two-pack — $45 ($1.50 per serving)

FROM UTAH

Built by three guys who were sick of the supplement shelf.

Powder House Drive started in Pleasant Grove with one question: why does feeling good before a workout take four tubs and three scoops? We built the one mix we'd actually use, and we make it right here in Utah.

— Josh, Deron & Naoki

Questions, answered.

How much caffeine is in it?

50 mg per serving — about half a cup of coffee. Enough to lift you, not enough to wreck your sleep or stack badly with your morning coffee.

When should I drink it?

Whenever you need it: 20–30 minutes before a workout, mid-morning instead of a second coffee, or before anything that needs focus. Two servings a day max.

Is this a pre-workout?

It works as one, but it's built as an everyday mix. Pre-workouts hit hard and burn out; 3-IN-1 is dosed so you can take it daily — the creatine and electrolytes actually work better that way.

What does it taste like?

Crisp lemon-lime. Light, not syrupy — closer to a sports drink than a candy-flavored pre-workout.

Can I take it every day?

Yes — that's the point. Daily creatine and electrolytes are where the benefits compound. Cap it at two servings per day.
